Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Klockwurk, a time tracking service for Linear operated by Green Mountain Ventures, LLC. By creating a workspace you agree to them.

The service

Klockwurk lets you record time against Linear issues, apply rates and budgets, and produce timesheets. We provide it on a subscription basis and may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

• You sign in with Linear. You are responsible for who you invite to your workspace and what access you grant them.
• You must have the right to connect the Linear organisation you connect, and to record time on behalf of your team.
• Admins can change roles, rates, and billing. Treat admin access accordingly.

Billing

• Pricing is per active seat: $5 per user per month, or $3 per user per month billed annually ($36 per user per year).
• New workspaces get a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start.
• Seat count is the number of active members in your workspace. Adding or removing members adjusts your subscription, pro-rated by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card details.

Your data

Your time entries and workspace content are yours. We store and process them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your timesheets as CSV at any time, and request deletion of your workspace by writing to contracts@ridgetech.io.

Acceptable use

Do not use Klockwurk to:

• Break the law, or infringe someone else's rights.
• Attempt to access another workspace's data, probe our systems, or disrupt the service.
• Resell or white-label the service without a written agreement with us.

We may suspend a workspace that does these things, and will tell you why where we reasonably can.

Availability

We work to keep Klockwurk available and correct, but we provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We depend on third parties — notably Linear, Stripe, and our hosting providers — and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Green Mountain Ventures, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Klockwurk records what you tell it to record; you remain responsible for reviewing your timesheets and invoices before billing a client.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to workspace admins by email and reflected in the date above. You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate an account that breaches these terms, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason, with a pro-rated refund of prepaid fees.
